Hey moms, welcome to the Busy Mom podcast. I am Heidi St. John, and I'm here along with

my friend, Durinda Wilson, and we are going to be talking to you today about teenagers,

tweens. Ooh, if your knees are shaken and you're just going how in the world, am I going

to do this thing? We want to encourage you today. First that, God has something to say

about the importance of motherhood. And I want to just frame this discussion with a couple

of verses from Isaiah about the tender parenting that God wants us to do with our kids. And

I think especially as we come into the teen years and things change so rapidly, so quickly,

I have found these verses to be really precious to me. Isaiah 4011, he tends his flock like

a shepherd. He gathers the lambs in his arms and carries them close to his heart. He gently

leads those that have young. I love that. He's talking to mothers, right? And saying,

he's going to gently lead you to a little tiny one. Yeah, mothers of teenagers too. Absolutely.

Yeah. You qualify for that. I love that he says he gently leads those that have young,

that God wants to speak to you about your parenting. And he's not going to leave you alone
