Well, it's going to be a rather unpleasant show. Unpleasant but important. The big subject today

is the unpleasant issues chat. I want to show you how to protect yourself and your loved ones

from the three Ds.

Death, divorce, dementia.

We'll be talking about how to get a will on the cheap, but still solicitor drafted,

which is goal standard.

Key rules if you live together, but if you're not married, what you need to do, because one in

three of us will die with dementia. Power of attorney, often more important than a will in my view. And

crucially, are you hurting your partner by looking after their finances? That's the big topic

today. We're going to try and be straight, blunt, not maudlin and practical because there comes a point in everyone's life, whether it's for you

or your parents, that you need to have this conversation. And that's what we're talking today.
