We are going to have a fantastic wrap-up to yesterday's show about preparing for your best year

ever.

You know, I was just working on the

notes for a show that Julie and I are going to do, which kind of leaves, little doubt that

2018 is going to probably be the best year for real estate in the last 15 years. And I mean

that with all sincerity. And I'm going to give you guys the specifics as to why I think that's true.

It's going to be coming from a macro level opposed to just sort of an ideas level.

I'm going to give you the actual nuts and bolts as to why next year is going to be fantastic.

But I'll just give you the bottom line right now.

The housing manipulation that has been going on since the great housing crash of 2007, 2008,

those things have sort of washed out.

So now you're no longer seeing a housing market that's being inflated by low interest rates.

So obviously that has a huge bearing on people's ability to purchase.
