immediately. I was thinking about this all day yesterday because I saw a friend and former client

who was in town from where she lives in the Midwest. And the last time that I had coached her,

she was working at a job where she had a lot of anxiety and stress. That was probably about a

year ago. And then yesterday we got to hang out and sit in the sun and central park and watch
