Great to have you with us back here on the GM shuffle of everyone's summers continuing

in full swing.

And now the NFL preseason begins because there's some news, both on the field and off the

field.

We'll talk with the bill signing quarterback Josh Allen to an extension, perhaps a trade

is inevitable for Saints wide receiver Michael Thomas and why Lamar Jackson said he's

still iffy on the COVID vaccine.

There was actual football on the season kicked off on Thursday, the Hall of Fame game

in Canton, the Steelers beat the Cowboys 16 to three, Thursday will see more games washed

and visits to England, Pittsburgh, back at action against Philly, three more games

on Friday, 10 on Saturday and Caroline and Indy officially wrapped the week on Sunday.

I know everyone says, okay, preseason games don't matter a whole lot, generally in the

past, the arithmetic has been the third game is important when you actually see more

starters, but this is going to be different now, right?

Less preseason games, longer regular season, what are you looking for early on?

Well, I think, you know, we know that September is still going to be preseason for a lot of

these teams as they kind of sort through their rosters and kind of see who they can, who's

good and who's not good.

The hardest thing to do in preseason is judge your players because you're practicing against

them.

Every guy is practicing against the same guy all the time.
