0:38.8	We are going to do a few things on this episode. First of all a couple updates on the case against the
0:47.1	ACC and the ACC's case against Florida State and then a little bit of mailbag stuff and then I will get around to the very
0:56.6	begrudging preview of the Florida State Georgia game and frankly a breakdown that none of us want to really
1:06.0	have heard or have to deal with but it is it is coming up so that's that's going to be how I close this. Normally that would be its own episode its own thing, but you know what I just don't don't feel like it warrants it given given the

1:22.6	So first things first, I want to get through a couple things related to the case.

1:30.0	I knew better, but I still somehow somehow thanks to sleep deprivation or whatever else hustling through the episode on the last one I somehow said declarative judgment and I meant a declarative judgment and I meant a declaratory judgment. It is what it is.
1:49.0	Sometimes you just when you're when you're going on these and you're talking fast you get the wrong terminology but I
1:55.2	digress anyway a couple other things to think about I went a little bit more closely through
1:59.3	the ACC's filing which again as I said then was clearly a play for venue since oftentimes when you
2:07.2	have competing lawsuits in different states the first one to get filed will get preferential venue.
2:15.0	So they wanted to preemptively file for that reason.
