0:50.9	the ACC pushing for a court to issue a declarative judgment
0:58.0	that the ACC grant of rights is unenforceable and is inapplicable.
1:05.0	But we're here, we're going to give our takes regardless of how hot or cold and talk about this.
1:12.0	I'm going to try to get someone who practices this sort of law on here for more detailed discussion at some point in the future.
1:22.0	But for the interim, no I am not an attorney, nor have I played one on television, but I have stayed at a holiday and expressed before and I can play one for a little bit here on this episode.
1:38.8	So we're going to talk through some of these things on the Florida State's particular claims here and what the
1:45.1	ACC is likely to work from in their response actually not exactly a response since the ACC technically filed their case a day earlier in what was clearly a play for venue trying to get the this case litigated in North Carolina business court as opposed to a Florida state
2:07.8	court which would obviously benefit Florida State to have things litigated in that venue.
2:15.2	So that's something that they'll have to settle right away is basically which venue has, which venue this should be litigated in.
2:25.0	Having looked at the cases, I do think the ACC's initial case is pretty weak there,
2:32.0	so I wouldn't be surprised to see that get
2:33.7	thrown out and and things to actually go to the state of Florida I think the way
2:37.7	that Florida state actually specifically worded and is working towards certain arguments, they're going to have a pretty
2:48.8	strong case that it needs to be tried in Florida, since this is involving a sovereign Florida institution and that if you
