While Kramer believes Amy, Tawny believes Ivan.

So this capital murder comes down to a case of, he said, she said.

And this seems like a good place to recap exactly what Ivan said, and what Amy said, and

where we're at so far.

And I will warn you, this can get pretty dense, you gotta pay attention, but let's give

it a go.

On November 2nd 2000, both Ivan and Amy agreed a gun was fired into the wall in their apartment.
