My understanding over these last several years is that the foreign investment such as it is

made a decision that China was no longer the paradise of the early part of this century and pulled the money out.

Not only the investment money in the markets, but I mean investment in expanding their businesses

such as Deer and Caterpillar and

Pepsico and Google into China. Even Apple has been

inhibited in some fashion over these last years. That's also

foreign investment. But in order for China to maintain its ambitions to be the world's greatest economy or
