So I think that there's one major motivation and a couple of small motivation. So the major motivation is just this obsession with security like nobody go abroad and talk to foreigners about what's happening in China. The smaller things are

number one capital flight, so people don't want the Chinese leaders don't want

Chinese people to go overseas and set up bank accounts and then

send money to those bank accounts and I kind of forgot what the other one is but

yeah I think the main motivation is just security.

So school teachers have that much money?

I mean, are there, are they carrying money for other people?

I mean, we're talking about municipal employees not not

gamblers not builders people who work for the city yeah I know and some of them are

like you know the the retired sewer worker for a county plant and Guejo, you know, these are not like big deal people.
