However, the facts do not support this. I've come to understand that the reporting out

of China is not not only not accurate, but also is deliberately misleading. Do you measure

this upbeat tone at the end of the year? Is misleading or is this is this their plan

I mean, look, I think that China has taken a really dramatic turn toward trying to undo

some of these she policies that have so damaged the markets in the past. And I think that

markets probably will rally because of it. There's also the fact that people will come
