The General Secretary of the Chinese Communist Party Xi Jinping, Tomas Gao, what does this

mean for Europe, for Eurasia, for the United States?

In the midst of a conflict that this point looks like a stalemate, but there are movements,

for example, Pregosan of the private army, the Wagner Group, is complaining out loud that

he's not being given the support and he believes that there's about to be a Ukrainian offensive

to cut him off from the main Russian body.

Also, there are reports of the U.S. sending more and more weapon systems that are consistent

with offensive action, not defensive action, such as bridging equipment and riverine

boats.

I mention all that because that's the context for the conversation in Moscow.

And yet, Gregory Coppley of Defense and Foreign Affairs is here with the new article pointing

to the significant possibilities in Moscow of diplomatic efforts by Xi Jinping in particular,

just off of his success in the Middle East.
