0:00.0	Hello friends and thank you for joining me again for a Pray Together episode.
0:05.0	We have a whole lot of requests to pray for today and I'm glad that you're here.
0:09.9	We can lift up the needs of brothers and sisters in Christ all around the world and
0:14.5	who knows some of these may not be believers in Christ but nevertheless we can
0:18.1	bring the power of God to bear on their lives through prayer.
0:22.5	And we need to do so according to the way that he leads us to pray.
0:26.5	In John 15, we're told that if we abide in him, we can ask anything in his name and it will
0:32.1	be done for us. So let's ask him as we start off understand what it means to abide him with you, what it means to
0:48.9	abide him with you, what it means to rest in you and to know that we are growing in our knowledge of you and we're
0:57.3	growing in a relationship with you to the point that we can begin to know and sense your will about things and therefore that will affect our prayers.
1:06.0	We can pray rightly, we can pray according to your will because we're spending time with
1:10.1	you.
1:11.1	We're getting to know you. Father I ask that you would open our hearts to
1:15.5	understand what it means to love your son Jesus and to know him. There are these
1:20.2	many requests before us and we want to pray according to your will.
1:24.9	We want to pray in such a way that you hear and you answer. And so Lord we're asking you to guide us,
1:30.9	asking you to guard us from error, asking you to be involved, through the weakness of
1:37.4	our prayers, may the Holy Spirit intercede for us with those groans too deep for words, to take things to your throne of grace so that we can find help.
1:47.0	Lord our sister Gabby writes to us asking us to pray for her.
1:52.0	She went through a surgery back in October of 2023 and there was a mistake made of some sort that paralyzed one of her vocal cords and she can't talk the same as she did before.
