All right, we have quite a few prayer requests to lift to our father today,

and so I want to ask you to just quiet your heart, do what you can to minimize distractions,

and let's join together as we approach the throne of grace to find help in time of need

for our brothers and sisters in Christ.

Lord, we take a deep breath right now.

We are busy people.

We are to acknowledge that you are the king, you are the creator, and that you care for us.

That is most important.

Lord, we don't want to carry the burden alone.

We don't want to dishonor you by holding worry and fear and anxiety in our hearts, whether it's

concerning ourselves or our children or someone else we know, or the situations that are going

on in the world, Father, we want to be people of peace, people of hope because you have given us peace and hope.

As the Lord, we ask you to set our eyes and our hearts and our minds on you today as we lift these requests to you.

Enable us to be confident, enable us to be assured that you are on our side.

Amen, Lord, you are on our side. Amen, Lord, you are on our side.

And we want to rest in you because of what Christ has done for us.
