So this was, I've been been i've been writing about um

coronary disease and the treatment of coronary disease and these surprising studies which

shows that fixing focal blockages in the coronary vessels don't lead to improvements which is

really counterintuitive and and still really i don't i don't lead to improvements, which is really counterintuitive and still really, I don't think, widely applied in practice.
