Hey friend. Today we're talking about gratitude. Gratitude is quite an internet buzzword lately, but in practice,

we've both found it to be very powerful. So we'll talk about how we practice gratitude in our lives,

But before we get into our topic, I'd love to know what's happening around your neighborhood.

Well, we have Olympic fever set in big.

My kids are, I just feel like they're at fun ages to really, you know, be interested in all these different sports.

Like, ooh, what is that?

Now what are they doing?

You know, like steeplechase and all the

the interesting events. And so they, between gymnastics and them doing gymnastics and then

thinking they are Olympic swimmers in the pool, they are those two sports they have been very

into to the point where they asked for swim caps. Oh, I love it. And I said, if you, I said, I don't think I'm buying you a swim cap, but if you would like

one, you can spend your allowance money on that.

So they bought, and I did say, you know, you might want to get a little bit nicer ones like

the TYR brand or the Speedo brand that the swimmers actually use.

Otherwise, they're just going to rip in two seconds. So they invested in some nice TYR swim caps for themselves. And it was just really funny.

They got in the pool and they were like giggling like crazy because their hair didn't feel wet and it was weird.

And they thought they were going so much faster because they had them on it. Right. They're zipping through the pool. It was just a really fun little phase. I made sure to get them, you know, get pictures of them in their swim caps that
