How do you create the space that's necessary for deeper rewiring, down to the cellular level? Today, I want to speak on the self-care practices + routines you can do to support yourself during a gap season. I'll share how I take care of myself in a season of deep transformation, honoring my needs and clearing space to allow the gap to do what it needs to do. As we go, I want to share tangible tools to set boundaries, identify burnout, and create more energy to show up in the way you want to.
