0:48.9 | Sometimes thoughts do really greatly diminish and maybe they lose some of their influence as the mind and body |
0:58.4 | gets settled. But really what practice is about is our relationship to our thoughts. Are we giving them authority? |

1:15.6 | Are they pushing us around? |
1:19.6 | Are they being mean to us in some kind of way? |
1:25.6 | So really it's the relationship to thoughts, |
1:29.6 | not the thoughts themselves. |

1:37.4 | We never will control them. |
1:39.5 | We think that we can. |
