So this morning a quote that I've used a few words. This is a quote that I've used a few

times recently. I don't know why it just tickles me and the more I think about it

the more I see how apt it is and this is a quote. It's from Bicabody. He's an esteemed scholar, translator, practitioner

in our tradition.

And he says, the mind is like a drunken driver, to drive down the middle of the lane but no matter

how hard the driver tries to go straight inevitably they swerve back and forth.

Sometimes they get too close to the car in the next lane.

Sometimes they get too close to the edge of the road.

I just kind of like this, right?

This idea that we see this, right?

This is what meditation practice, we often have this, we really want to be on our object.
