| 0:25.0 | there can be a lot of explanation, like there's a lot to do. |

| 0:33.0 | I mean, all the teachings are useful, but to get busy doing them all is too much. |
| 0:41.1 | And the simplicity of it could be represented by a wonderful form of aspect of mindfulness. |
| 0:50.0 | And that is that mindfulness is more bodyfulness than it is mindfulness. |
| 0:57.0 | This more process of the mind entering to the body so that we're embodied, so they were bringing a kind of a state of presence or a state |
| 1:06.7 | of attentiveness to our experience through the body. And the body has a couple of characteristics that are really important |
| 1:16.2 | for this practice. One is that it's all your body as opposed to your mind, your body is always in the present moment. |
| 1:27.0 | So to ground yourself in your body is a way of being in the present. |
| 1:35.0 | And that, and the body is in some ways, it's kind of simple, |
| 1:40.0 | the simple experiences of the body. And so it's the mind of the body. |
| 1:43.0 | And so it's the mind that makes things complicated. |
| 1:46.0 | We think about things and analyze things and expect things |
| 1:50.0 | and wonder what to do or confused about things. |
| 1:54.0 | But the idea in mindfulness practice is not to live too much, |
| 1:59.0 | little bit's okay, but little in this world of thinking and analyzing and figuring things out. |
| 2:05.0 | If we're in this, in the mind a lot, what we're trying to do is to invite the mind to be partnered with the body, to bring the body and mind together |
