| 0:20.0 | and we can either sometimes turn the switch on and turn the light on or sometimes it just kind of turns itself off and we have to turn it back on again. But it's so different. It's kind of like to be able to be in the dark, we don't see much. We don't see much of our life, how we live it, what's happening now, turn on the light of awareness and we're not just seeing much more. And we're not just seeing more, but we're not just seeing more, but we're also living in it more. |

| 1:16.6 | then it kind of penetrates into some fuller way. |

| 1:27.0 | but it has a kind of a suffuse of quality to it |
| 1:31.0 | if we kind of relax into the way that all our senses can become alive and active |

| 1:41.2 | And so to not eternal light, but to kind of immerse yourself in that light, like you would immerse yourself in the warmth coming from the heat lamp. |

| 1:59.0 | And we kind of like almost like the whole body is now more present, more complete, more inclusive. |
