| 0:32.0 | And with practice is that of a turtle and with the idea that a turtle always carries its |
| 0:38.0 | home with it and wherever it goes it has a home you know it can kind of rest and pull into its home and |
| 0:46.4 | and so the practice is that way that as we practice and develop the practice we discover |
| 0:52.0 | at homeness that an even a sense of belonging in |
| 0:56.6 | this world that we carry with us everywhere that's not depended on whether other |
| 1:02.3 | people make us feel at home. |
| 1:04.6 | We're not dependent upon, you know, other people help us feel like we belong. |

| 1:35.9 | metaphor can speak to something very profound that we can discover through this |
| 1:40.5 | practice with every breath, with every step we take when you do walking meditation. through this |
| 1:45.0 | we can't over the practice. We can do walking meditation that we can find the sense of at home |
| 1:50.0 | emanating from within rather than requiring it from other people. |
| 1:54.0 | It's a wonderful thing to have. |
