It's about the practice.

0:14.0

A few times in my life, I've had a bird fly into a room where I was at.

0:24.2

And then the idea was to help the bird out.

0:26.8

And we'd open the door, open window.

0:31.7

And sometimes it's been successful relatively easily,

0:33.4

but often it's been a challenge.

0:36.4

And it seems like every time we tried to help it out,

0:39.3

guide it out, it would fly up higher, above the door, above the window, and it was, you know, across the room.

0:44.3

1:30.3

And it's only way, you know, it's just completely now open all four walls out to the great

1:36.0

outdoors. And then you leave the bird. And, you know, it's no problem. It just flies out to every direction it goes. It's free to go and fly

1:47.8

out and be happy. So imagine that whatever thoughts, reactivity, emotions, any kind of things that

1:58.0

get triggered inside of you as you sit here and meditate.

2:01.9

Imagine it's a bird that's gotten stuck inside a room.

2:07.9

And you might open the door, you might try to let go of it or do something.
