Right now we're living in some truly unprecedented times.

The world is changing right before our eyes.

Old business models are literally becoming obsolete.

And people, especially the novice business leaders, are running

around like chickens with their head cut off. So regardless of where you are right now,

what's clear is that there are many ways to lose. That means you've got to be prepared. You

got to be supremely organized. You have to be insanely productive. You as an entrepreneur

must have focus. You've got to have the approach of a clutch time quarterback in the last

two minutes of a game. The away crowds going crazy, but your team's depending on you. You have to

have a plan, a steady head on your shoulders,

and a team around you that's been equipped for these type of situations.

What that means is you've got to be able to identify goals and outcomes.

You got to be able to craft fluid strategies that will hold up
