I just read incredibly good study recently, a 20 year survey on looking at children and

the impact of just being a child going through issues in life, going through adverse circumstances

and the impact into adulthood on mental and physical health.

And basically, one in 12 children struggle with depression at some point between the ages

of 9 and 16.
