Today is May 11th. Yes. We are going to talk about baseball. Andrew Abbott was my lead last night because he went six innings, zero and runs three. It's one walking just five strikeouts. And oh my gosh, you got the win here. That's three starts of him being all right. I love when Andrew Abbott is a straightforward swatch, right?

away to right handers and a curveball that's down. He has a good slider that goes away to lefties.

Things are grand. And I still don't see that. Why? Because the fastball, sometimes they get

upstairs, but he made a lot of

mistakes down to right-handers, and even inside. It's not good. And the change-up, that should be

really the breadwinner here, should be the one really propelling him to the finish line.

40% strikes. Oh, gosh. It is still really tough for me to buy into Andrew Abbott.

And I don't want to feel that way at all. I just want to say, like, great, this is good. We'd go and jump in. And I'm not there. This was against the Astros. He had a start against Rocky Road. That was fine. He did it okay against the Red Sox. And the thing is, across all of these strikeouts, five of them, yeah, they came against the

lefties of the Astros with sweepers and kerbils down in a way, which is good to see.

Like, that's what you want.

Zero for 14 strikeouts against right-handers.

And you can't be a swatch, an effective Andrew Abbott, if you're not taking down right-handers.

So I would be very hesitant to lean heavily into this against the guardians who have a lot of switch hitters.

They're going to throw a lot of right-handers against them against Andrew Abbott.
