And we got to start with Spencer Strider.

at 1 p.m. yesterday. It was awesome. I couldn't believe it. We thought he was going to be done after four. He came out for the fifth. He finished the fifth and then he came out for the sixth. And the end result

was five innings, two and runs, five hits, one walk and five strikeouts. 13 whiffs,

29% Cs, W, W, 97 pitches. That sixth inning, I just told you about, yeah, he let a home run to Vladdy and then he also walked the next batterer and was pulled he should not have been out there in the sixth inning but this was a very interesting one

because the first inning struck out the side oh boy it's Spencer Strider he's throwing 97 mile

per hour fastballs up and in to Bob Beshed and he's got a slider off of that it looks really good

and he gets a Vladig Jr and like this is going to be great it's going to be so good by the third

inning spencer strider's velocity was down uh we're talking all the way to 94 at the beginning

of the inning he threw this really bad middle up away kind of fastball super hitable to Boba Chet and it's not the 97 the first one

it's the 94 up middle away that like Boba Chet hit for a double and it wasn't like Boba Shet being

amazing it was just oh my gosh this is the medius immediate fastballs I'm going to hit a double

to left center field okay he does that and then against Vlad Jr. kind of does the same thing, leaving a fastball at 94.
