My name is Jake Crumpler, and as always, I'm joined by pitcherless's old pen expert, Rick Graham.

And once again, I'm totally unprepared with a question to open the podcast.

Uh, you know, how are you feeling, Rick?

How are you feeling inside of your body?

I mean, body's seen better days, but, you know, we're plugging along.

We're hanging in there.

It's too early in the season to be tired and to be fatigued from all these injuries we've

already had but hey we just use it's a fantasy baseball is a grind we all know that so just uh

it's got to plug away and battle through the the little nicks and knacks or whatever they call it so yeah totally yeah

well i can totally relate to uh having a body that doesn't feel as it used to be i know i'm only 27

you're 20 yeah it's it's getting there man it's getting i don't work out ever i uh you know i

had extra curricular activities that aren't great for my health you You know, I could definitely be more healthy, eat healthier.

But at 27, I have enough forgiveness from my body that I'm like, oh, it's fine right now.

I'm sure at some point I'm going to have to figure things out in that regard.

But I think I got a few years to go.

But we're not here to talk about our bodies.

We're here to talk about relief pitchers' bodies,

and most importantly, what pitches they're throwing.

Today, we're going to be obviously running through the injuries and transactions from the past week.

We'll then head into the three-up, three-down section where we discuss the changes on Rick's closer ranks.
