Hi, moms. This is Heidi St. John. You know, I've been thinking lately about the legacy

that I want to leave my children. As I've been preparing to do some talks across the country

this summer, speaking to moms in particular, I have been going through my grandfather's

sermon notes. And actually, as I'm sitting here recording this, I am using my grandfather's

notes when he passed away several years ago. My mom gave his notes to me and literally

binders full of my grandfather's sermon notes. And I'm sitting here looking through

them right now and just amazed at his love for studying the Bible. And I can remember

talking to my grandmother about her love for the word. Also, she taught women's Bible

studies and she was very passionate about prayer and studying the word. And I learned

something from watching them. I've learned that the key to the Christian life is to learn
