So when I say the power of the announcement, I'm not referring to saying something before the good has happened. There is a Korean saying and it goes like this

don't drink the soup before, does that make sense?

Don't, yeah, it's, it's something about not drinking the soup before the, you know, don't celebrate before you actually have the news, right?

And this is something that I struggle with a lot.

Running my mouth before, you know, contracts are signed or before the thing has really officially happened.

So that's not what I'm talking about when I say there is power in the announcement.

Like, so with clients I sometimes will have them say what they're thinking

out loud. Let me just think of an example. Even if it's like, I am worthy, right?

Thinking that you are worthy is one thing, but to actually say it, I am worthy. Like do it right now. Okay, so what about I

deserve and you feel in the blank of what you believe you deserve right so in your mind you can say well you know I deserve good relationship healthy relationship I deserve to be treated well I deserve you know, you know, financial security, I deserve, you know, all these things, right?
