Yo, hey everyone. I am so happy, so excited to announce our Power Hour Live event in London with Penguin on the 23rd of June.

Tickets are on sale now, so go, go, go. After two years of online events, virtual events, I cannot wait to be back in the room with a live audience,

hopefully lots of listeners of the show. As I said, this event is in partnership with Penguin,

so we're going to be celebrating the Power Hour podcast and also the Power Hour book.

And honestly, I couldn't think of a better host than my good friend TV presenter, AJ O'Doo.

So she is going to be hosting.

We're going to be having a conversation together about life and about the power hour,

how things have changed over the last few years, about, you know, I speak to so many guests on this show and I

usually ask the questions, right? So I ask them about their approach to creating powerful habits,

to motivation, to decision making. I ask them what matters most to them. What are they excited

about? What is their mission? What are they trying to achieve in life?

What gets them out of bed in the morning and why and what do they do in their power hour?

And so after more than 200 interviews, hours and hours of me asking the questions,

I am going to be sitting in the guest seat.

AJ will be asking the questions and I will be answering them.
