So like I said on last week's episode, this week, we're talking about spirituality,

all right? We are talking about spirituality. And I really enjoyed mapping out this episode because

it made me think about a lot of things that I had buried deep in my subconscious.

Because I was just a bit too embarrassed to bring it up.

But I'm ready to bring it up.

And also, I had this really funny conversation with my sister that I thought I recorded, but I did not.

And I had her permission to record it, so not illegal.

But I thought I recorded it and I didn't because I'm not as tech savvy as I would

like to believe I am. So we're going to talk about spirituality. And as I think a lot of you know,

you guys know that I was raised Catholic. And not any type of Catholic, but Haitian Catholic. But I think there are so many parts of being a spiritual

person that don't necessarily mean that you're devout to one religion or another. I think us as human

beings were so in tune, we're so in touch with ourselves in others, that it only

makes sense that you are a spiritual being. Because I feel like if we were not spiritual beings,
