Much in the news these last days, two presidents using pardon power.

The pardon by President Joe Biden, former President Joe Biden,

that most surprised me back to the period,

again, 50 years ago, I seemed to be living a lot in the 1970s.

Not only Richard Nixon's pardoned by Gerald Ford in September of 74, but the conviction in

1975 of Leonard Peltier, now 80 years

old, who murdered two

FBI agents on

the reservation of

the Native American community

at the time, Pine Ridge Reservation
