Nations, former National Security Advisor, observing how the Biden administration, the inner

circle of foreign policy, that would be the National Security Advisor, Mr. Sullivan,

that would be the Secretary of State, Mr. Blinken, and the President himself are dealing

with what appears to be from the outside a failed Iran policy. And yet you mentioned

the $6 billion earlier, John. That is just a piece of the concessions and appeasement

that have been going on for some time, not only with Iran, but with some of its kindred

of cane. I'm thinking of Venezuela, for example, or North Korea. But right now, let's

concentrate on Iran. Is this finally going to put the end to the Iran policy of appeasement?

Do you measure that, John?

Well, it should put an end to the policy of appeasement. I just worry that the pressure

that Biden and his visit to Israel is going to put not to not to send the infantry, since

the ground forces into the Gaza Strip, to limit what their objectives are, limit their

abilities. And the Europeans will be doing the same thing. We'll prevent Israel from achieving

the very legitimate objective of ending the mass threat. You know, people talk about

proportionality. It could be a complex subject. But one thing it's not is that a victim of

an attack, an unprovoked aggression, an act of terrorism, like Israel has suffered, is

not limited simply to inflicting an equal amount of damage on the aggressor. The victim

is entitled as a matter of legitimate self-defense to eliminate the threat. And that's what

the Israeli government has said they want to do. And I think anything that we do to try

and limit Israel from achieving that objective, at least against Hezbollah, just perpetuates

the problem. And really, then, underlines that the major problem is not Hamas. It's a
