Yes, the post-shame show, the Seahawks have done it again.

They have found a way to lose to one of the worst teams in football at home

with a terrible quarterback with no weapons whatsoever. And they lost. And they lost pretty

convincingly. And so, yeah, I think there's a lot of very unhappy Seahawks fans.

I will tell you, this was a good day for me.

I'm going to tell you all that.

It's a good day for me.

I got to watch my son run his first marathon in Portland.

And he gritted through an injury that happened during the marathon was basically limping all the way the last mile and a half, two miles, whatever it was, managed to get it done.

I was so proud of him.

It was so cool to see that happen.

And we had a lot of fun doing that.

But because his time was a little longer than he expected due the injury i was not able to

race back home and gets to the seahawks game in time so this is another good news bad news things

fellas i i was able to like my friend that i usually share tickets with he i was going to see if he

wanted to take someone else he wasn't able to find somebody so we just gave them away to a dad and a son who's going to see his first Seahawks game. And so I felt good about that. Now I feel kind of bad about that. Like what a, like we probably lost a Seahawks fan for life after that performance. So it's been an up and down day, but let me bring in the fellas.
