Hopefully you guys are all able to hear me okay. We had some technical difficulties. First time

being down here on the field of Lumen Field after a Seahawks game and voice. Boys, we should have wasted a lot of time and energy being anxious and worried about this game

how stupid do you feel how stupid do you feel i think you feel pretty good though right uh i was

definitely feeling a little stressed heading into the like walking into the stadium

but the Seahawks beat the 49ers 41 to 6 and absolutely humiliate their division rival.

I don't think it gets much better than that. Jeff Simmons man, how are you feeling?

A little stupid and a little over the moon, joyed.

I didn't sleep last night very well.

I was very stressed.

I was a mess during the day today.

I went out for lunch with my wife.

I was in my own world.

I was pacing around my house at one point today.

Just the idea of losing to that team,

especially the version of that team we saw,

the thought of it just made me sick.
