Summary

Friend, I’m here to share the real real on my postpartum journey (so far!) As a mom over 40, my recovery from birth and pregnancy was something I thought a lot about and PLANNED for.

In this chat, I’m sharing how I worked to minimize complications during my pregnancy so I had less to recover from in postpartum PLUS what worked for me before, during, and now after.

Every body is different and I want to extend grace to you (and myself) as we navigate managing all the things around pregnancy and postpartum. But now that I’m on the other side, I’m excited to share that it is possible to get back to YOU!

Let’s chat about weight gain, sex with our spouses, juggling the other kids, and postpartum anxiety. For those of you in it with me or hoping to be here, let’s get real about the spectrum of postpartum.
