I have been building up to the biggest mass participation sporting event in the world,

the London Marathon.

Now, the race itself is hugely inspiring.

And watching it on the telly or witnessing it as a spectator at the side of the road,

with emotion watching all the other runners who are pushing themselves in that final stretch
