host Patrick Smith. Hamid Sala notched a brace under the assist while fellow

attackers Louis Diaz and Sadie Amani both scored and assisted one each on a

routine night for the Reds. To put it simply, United were

absolutely terrible and the worst united team to visit Anfield and a

generation. Though the front three may still the headlines, every man in a red shirt

tonight was sublime, but none more so than

Tiago Al-Kintara who strut around the pitch making it look like a testimonial.

It's the biggest ever aggregate win for Liverpool over Manchester United with a

nine-nill scoreline and the first time United had lost and not even

scored a goal against Liverpool since 1964.

The Reds are now top of the Premier League until at least 8 p.m. tomorrow when Manchester City play

their game in hand against Brighton who

are in a decent run of form themselves so fingers crossed for an upset.
