You know, this month I've been traveling around speaking to a lot of sports teams, a lot

of businesses, a lot of school districts.

I've been doing a ton of events and the topic is usually around positivity, building

a positive team, positive leadership, building a great positive culture, positive schools,

and with a topic like positivity, you know, some people really love it, and other people

are a little skeptical, like, what's his positivity all about?

Is it real?

Does it really make a difference?

Is it positive?
