0:11.7	To a landsman, this is not understandable, and sometimes it's even difficult for us to comprehend, but it is so.

0:24.5	of the protracted and distant operations of the fleet units, the Navy must place great power,

0:39.0	In each ship, there is one alone who is ultimately responsible for the safe navigation,

0:55.9	assignment in the Navy. There is not any instant during his tour as commanding officer that he can
