So one day I was talking to a college football coach who used to work with Nick Sabin.

And he told me how Nick Sabin every day would pull out his candy bar and eat at the same time

every day.

He said the guy is the most consistent person that he's ever met. And I realized that that was the key to his leadership. That was his superpower. He was so consistent that his team trusted him. They didn't always like him. If you know Nick Saban, he's not always likable. And a lot of times the team necessarily doesn't like him but they trust him

because he's consistent and i realize that actually being trusted is more important than being

light in leadership being like this important but trusted is even more important and when you're

consistent and they know what to expect from you,

they will trust you.

And if they trust you, they will follow you.

Trust is everything and consistency builds trust.

So as a leader, ask yourself how you can be more consistent.
