listening. So you're going to explore the actual art of listening and this will deepen your connection with others and with yourself.

on day 2 because it helps you to lock in your mindset for the week. So as you're exploring the art of

listening I want to share with you that affirmation. So the affirmation is I listen with an open heart and a clear

mind and this is your goal this week as you listen more and speak less.

That's actually your challenge so every day you are challenged to listen more to others

and to speak less allow them to express themselves but there's a particular way to listen. And that is with an

open heart, and this means to be able to listen to the meaning behind the words.

So open your heart and then a clear mind is not to judge others as they're speaking. So not to be thinking

about what you want to say next because you already feel like you get what they're trying to say
