Today, porn bands, Who decides what we see?

Next week, Tumblr will start blocking all pornographic posts. Next year, a new law will

force porn sites to verify that people watching are all over the age of 18. It's the first attempt to

sense a pawn online. Now Tumblr isn't the first social media platform to

crack down on adult content.

After all, Facebook tried to remove pictures of breastfeeding mums.

Instagram doesn't allow nudity, but Kim Kardashian still manages to post topless selfies.

So what are the rules about what we're allowed to see on the internet and what we're not?

And who gets to decide?

It seems there are many, many shades of grey.

We'll speak to the BBC's unofficial porn expert a bit later,

but to begin answering these questions,

we spoke to someone on the front line of all of this.
