Trump has been talking a lot about affordability, how he's making it more affordable,

how the economy's doing great. As an individual, are you feeling that? No, of course,

If there has been one constant across Donald Trump's two terms, it is this, his innate ability to find the worst possible sustainable equilibrium in this country at all times. In other words, he has this way of making things as bad as they could be without risking some, you know,
