But essentially there's a, you know, John Wayne is a town sheriff.

Burdettes. the Burdettes.

It's a great Western family thing.

And, yeah, he's at war with the Burdettes, basically.

He's holding down his town.

He's doing his job.

But one of these guys picks on the town drunk, played by Dean Martin.

His name is dude.

Well, his real name isn't dude.

But that's what everyone calls him.
