So sometimes people ask me, Carl,

you know, what's the number one thing you do

that makes you most of your money, right?

And I got a couple different answers that actually,

depend upon this setting.

But truth be known, I would say it's my pondering time, pondering time, which is the time

that I'm sitting out here on the front porch or the front lanai, as my wife calls it.

I call it a porch.

I'm from a little rural town in central Florida, out in the palmettoes, an area called the green swamp. So we don't have

lanais. We have porches, right? So I sit out on the front porch. I've got what I call my

thinking chair. And sometimes I go out there probably about three times a week. And probably

twice a week, I go out there with no agenda, no preconceived. I'm going to ponder
