There was one point in my earlier career.

I was $350,000 in cash debt.

I started in houses and I moved to commercial.

So now all that I do is big multifamily and hotels.

I believe that if you have to persuade someone to buy your product, there's not a fit there.

You have a desire, just go and do it.

Nobody else is going to do it for you.
