the studio this week is Chris Gethart, comedian, actor and author based out of New Jersey.

Thank you so much for coming and joining me. I don't know if you give a lot of advice or if this

is something that you're a little bit newer to, but I'm really excited to directly run some

people's lives for the next 45 minutes together. Yeah, I'm excited to check it out. I mean, I get

you know, beautiful anonymous. I do wind up giving a lot of advice. I don't know that I'm qualified

to give anyone advice, but I'm always happy to try. Yeah, and I think I think that I stress often

one of the nice things about this being an internet podcast is people can just listen to the advice

and then hit pause and stop listening and go about their lives like it's very low risk.

You're not going to force anyone to do something that they don't actually want to do,

which I think relieves a little bit of the pressure. I'd like to just give the listeners

complete and total permission to disregard anything I say. Ignore all of this. I think that is

a good place to begin. Yeah, don't listen. Turn your phone off. Go outside. I'll just talk.

should in fact just do whatever it is that they feel like. And that's going to be where we'll
