We're close to one year out. We're 52 weeks out from the presidential election, which means that

John Dickerson has sprouted wings because he has to spend the next year on the road. I'm here

with John Slate's chief political correspondent in Washington, D.C. Emily Bazelon joins us telephonically

And we are going to talk about three subjects this week.

Subject number one will be Herman Kane and the fury surrounding the sexual harassment allegations against him.

Topic two will be a Supreme Court case about eyewitness testimony. Ooh, I got bumped to topic two. I didn't know that. Yay. Yeah. You know it, baby. Topic three, that's what plots will do for you. Plots can get you moved from topic three to topic two. If you're really nice, if you're really nice, we could have made that topic one.
